-Can I return a product purchased on Geso StreetWear?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. All our products are customized and made to order with original graphics. For this reason, the law (Article 59 of the Consumer Code) does not provide for the right of withdrawal for this type of item.

-Why can't I return it?

Because each piece is made specifically for you, with the graphics you choose when ordering. It's not a ready-made item, but a unique, custom-made piece.


-What if the product arrives defective or damaged?


In that case, we'll take care of it 100%. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos: we'll replace it or refund it at no additional cost.


-How can I be sure of what I'm ordering?

Before completing your purchase, you always receive a product preview (mockup). This allows you to see in advance how the artwork will appear on the garment. By confirming your order, you approve the preview and start production.
